It's important to mention that the Polar rug is made from a blend of acrylic and polyester, which features finer yarns, resulting in a silky or slightly slippery texture compared to the more supportive feel of polypropylene shaggy rugs. When standing on a Polar rug, the delicate, faux fur-like fibers may allow you to feel the rug's backing underfoot, as it doesn’t offer the same level of cushioning.
