There's no need to reach out to us. Our price matching is automated. Simply enter your details

Please review our Price Match Terms before submitting a request. If you submit a price match against a retailer that we do not match with, our system will not recognize it and will not send a response.

We promise to match the price of any product against that of any other online or physical retailer, including matching discount codes.

To verify the competitor's pricing, we require a url link directly to their website displaying the product on sale at the price you have quoted.

Before You Buy: How to Request a Price Match

Already Made a Purchase? Here’s How to Get a Price Match If you spot the same item at a lower price elsewhere within 14 days of your purchase from us, we'll refund you the difference.

• For online purchases, simply email the link to hello@ruglove.co.uk with your order number, and we'll process the refund of the difference.

Price Promise Terms and Conditions:

• We will match any price from other UK rug retailers, including those with offer-code discounts.

• The product's price must be offered under identical terms, and we should be able to verify the price and stock status.

• The competing product must have the same model number as ours and be in new condition.

• Both our company and the competitor must have the product available to order. For example, it should not be discontinued. Additionally, you must be able to actually place an order with the competitor at the price you are requesting us to match.

• We do not match prices from competitors' trades, memberships only, or 3rd party marketplace sellers such as Amazon and eBay, Etsy, Costco, Wayfair. Please note we do not offer pricing matching against the rug retailer who is no longer trading, We advise not ordering from this retailer. 

• Our Price Match Promise is entirely at our discretion. If we determine that matching a price would result in a loss, we reserve the right to decline the price match.

• Pre-Order Terms

  Please note that we will not price match with another retailer if their pricing is clearly a result of an error. For example, this could include situations where a medium-sized rug is priced significantly lower than a large rug in the same range, while all other sizes in the collection follow a consistent pricing structure. This discrepancy would indicate that the lower price for the medium size is an error.

  Our advice in such cases is to place your order directly with that retailer before they identify and correct the pricing mistake to align with the correct pricing for other sizes, colours, and styles in the range.
